"OVERVIEW OF "WHAT HAS HAPPENED" In approximately 1974, three hundred twenty-five (325) active and inactive military met and the outgrowth of their meeting was that this country, the united States of America, had become too socialistic and too corrupt and had strayed from the "Compact". Many court cases involving individuals and groups who were and have been fighting for their inalienable rights over the past twenty (20) years, laid the paper trails showing the corruption in the courts. These 325 researched the Preamble, Constitution and the Bill of Rights (known as the "Compact") with two primary objectives: 1. To place the government back under the compact from which it has strayed. 2. Uncover the many varied frauds in the financial and judicial systems in which the emergency has been retained and never lifted since 1933 at Title 12 U.S.C. Section 95(b). In 1819, the original organic 13th amendment of "Titles of Nobility and Honor" was ratified by the states and appeared in the Consititution for the united States of America until about 1867, when some of the judicial profession (Whigs Party) removed the original 13th Amendment and substituted the present 13th Amendment of involuntary servitude. Since that time people holding elective office with Titles of Nobility have been unconstitutionally elected and all laws passed since that time are null and void, as those alledgedly elected have lost their citizenship in the united States of America as punishment for accepting a Title of Nobility. This made licenses a privilege and a means by which to steal from the enemy as declared by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, when in 1933 he stated, "I will attack the enemy". As the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (corporate) was not at war in 1933, the enemy had to be the "American People" as reflected in Trading With The Enemy Act of March 9, 1933. The government required licenses when trading with the enemy and this was partly the reason for many licenses and permits. a With the passage of House Joint Resolution 192 in 1933, the citizens of the UNITED STATES were taken off the Gold Standard and it was made unlawful for these cititzens to have and hold Gold. It also prohibited any debt being paid (extinguished) and only allowed debts to be discharged (non-extinguished), therefore they accummulated and were passed on to others. Real property then became "Real Estate", which means "you have the use of it", but you do not own it. Property taxes became a form of rent which was an admission and confession that you did not own the property. Silver was removed in 1968. * In 1912 President Woodrow Wilson stated, "this country is no longer a Republic, but is now a Democracy". There is as much difference between a republic and a democracy as there is between night and day. Remember, our Pledge of Allegiance says ". . . and for the Republic" * In 1913, (1) the Federal Reserve Act was passed during the Christmas Holiday season along with (2) the American Bar Association Act, and (3) the Internal Revenue Tax & Audit Service, Inc., which was incorporated in Delaware on July 12, 1933. The 16th and 17th Amendments to the U. S. CONSTITUTION (corporate) were also passed in 1913; the 16th on February 3, 1913 (dealt with the income tax), and the 17th on April 8, 1913 (dealt with taking representation away from the people to where the people had to represent themselves). The 16th Amendment was ratified by only two (2) states (required 36 to pass!!) and is therefore not lawful. It took a mere twenty (20) minute time period for these few in Congress, as they did not have a quorum, to pass these three (3) Acts. And then President Woodrow Wilson, being drunk at the time, did sign these into law the very next day. These were high crimes and were both unlawful and unconstitutional. The American people had twenty years, from 1913 until 1933, to reject the Federal Reserve Act, but few understood and protested. Therefore, this Act became law under custom and usage and those responsible bought the control of the monetary system of the UNITED STATES (corporate) for one (1) billion dollars (what three wealthy bankers "funded" the broke Federal Reserve Bank). President F. D. Roosevelt then stacked the Supreme Court of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA with fifteen (15) Justices whom he could control. In b 1938 they ruled on the Erie Railroad vs. Tompkins Case and ended all semblance of law in this country, which put this country under a system of "Color of Authority" and "Color of Law" (i.e., Prima Facia Law) from 1938 up to the present. The original organic Constitution for the united States of America which ends with the 10th Amendment was suspended in 1933. The ensuing Constitution of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (corporate), from the 11th through the 26th Amendment was then enforced and any changes to this Constitution did not fall under a Constitutional Convention. Congress under Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution of the united States of America now wore a second hat and changes to the Constitution of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA was stated, "Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation", or it was stated, "The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation". This opened the door for the UNITED STATES and the United States of America (both corporate) to legislate and the several states only included the Federal States or territories. It did not apply to the then forty-eight states of the Republic. This corporate entity (United States) in 1930 in Geneva, Switzerland with several western nations agreed to declare bankruptcy. The "Great Fall" of the Stock Market in 1929 which resulted in the "Great Depression of the 1930's" was manipulated and purposely caused to force the American people to accept that which they would never have accepted if they had not been placed in a position of "very little or no choice". This "corporate" Democracy was controlled by a few wealthy families of the world through the Federal Reserve System; the Rothchilds, Warburgs, Rockefellers, and Morgans being four of them, until 1992-93 when the military Delta Force removed the hands of these perpetrators/manipulators from the United States Treasury. The United States Treasury (corporate) attempted to turn all debt an obligations over to the Department of the united States of America Treasury. However, the united States of America Treasury would not accept the liabilities and obligations of this corporate entity (United States) until these obligations were settled; which was the Federal Debt (corporate) and the redress of grievances paid to the American and other people for the various frauds committed by the corporate financial and judicial systems. Authority for the Redress of Grievances to be resolved with all peoples came from Executive Order #12778 on October 23, 1991 and was signed into law by President George W. Bush. This was placed in the Federal Register at Vol. 56, No. 207, on Friday, October 25, 1991, page 55195 and codified in Title 28 U.S.C Sections 519 and 520. If any one has borrowed money c from any financial institution, or who have paid any income taxes or Social Security since 1933, you are entitled to receive reimbursement of taxes and all principle and interest plus damages. The reason for this grievance is that all national banks were not recorded with the Secretary of State in the respective Republics and they, by law, had to be recorded in both the national records and the state records. State Banks, Credit Unions and Savings & Loan Associations were not recorded with the national records. They also had to be recorded with bureaus of the states and federal. Furthermore, as all State Banks, Credit Unions, and Savings & Loans became insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (F.D.I.C.) and the Federal Savings & Loan Insurance Corporation (F.S.L.I.C.) they became Federal entities. Since all lending institutions were now Federal entities (corporate), State Courts had no jurisdiction over Federal entities and all cases tried and foreclosed on in State Court are null and void for lack of jurisdiction. Furhermore, since the corporate United States of America declared bankruptcy in 1930, a bankrupt entity does not have any money to loan, therefore, the fraud upon the people was under the "Color of Authority" and under "Color of Law" (Prima Facia Law). Since 1938 all statutes involving revenue are statutes of commercial obligations and the Uniform Commercial Code had to be created to handle a monetary system that had NO VALUE and was only credit (bookkeeping entries), and debt instruments. All violations or infractions concerning motor vehicles are under the juridiction of Admiralty/ Maritime Law, providing there is no personal injury or property damage. Since the inception of the Uniform Commercial Code, for the American people to come under this jurisdiction, there had to be a contract to which one is a signatory, and whereby one enters into with full knowledge, voluntarily and intentionally. Further, any law enforcement officer or judicial person (judge or attorney) must have a statement of registration as being an agent upholding the laws of a foreign power. The law books state, "The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is a foreign Corporation with respect to a state." The State of Kansas, Oklahoma, or any other State as a corporate entity are upholding laws of the corporate United States as being an "accommodation party" to the bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES (corporate) which is a NO INTEREST CONTRACT and all is in violation of the Supreme Laws of this land, which is the original organic Constitution of the non-corporate national and states of the Republic. These Constitutions are perpetual and can NEVER be amended (as with Amendments 11 through 26) without a Constitutional Convention. No congress, state or federal can ever legislate changes to these Constitutions as Congress was created by these documents and the created can never be greater or more powerful than the creator, the American People. All violations of these Supreme Laws since 1933 are d acts committed of High Crimes by the financial and judicial entities, along with the Executive and Legislative branches of government and were Acts of Treason during times of war, such as WWI, WWII, and the Persian Gulf Wars. Korea and VietNam were not declared wars, but were police actions or conflicts which were "high crimes." The Delta Force, or Force Delta as some say, a secret faction of the U.S. military, was ordered by the Supreme Court to take action and with the cooperation of many foreign countries (as those countries also felt they were being defrauded) brought back trillions of dollars that were stolen from the American people. The Federal Reserve Bank Corporation took approximately 78% of all Form 1040 Income Tax collections and deposited it in foreign bank accounts where it is reported to have accrued interest at rates of 25 to 35% per month. Federal Land Bank and Production Credit Associations were and are included in depositing funds overseas and earning exorbitant rates of return on deposits and investments. When people borrowed from the bankrupt United States Government under the name of "Federal Land Bank" (FLB) or "Production Credit Association"(PCA), a ten (10) percent, and later a five (5) percent fee was deducted from the loan for what was termed "stock". This "stock" was never issued for the simple reason that F.L.B. or P.C.A. would have been in violation of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) since no prospectus was ever issued. This deduction, termed "stock" was an insurance premium for an insurance policy in case the borrower defaulted on the loan in order that the F.L.B. or P.C.A. were paid. The act of fraud commenced when the F.L.B. or P.C.A., having been paid, then proceeded to take the farm, machinery and livestock in a foreclosure action which resulted in their being paid money many times over the original loan amount. That was criminal and all perpetrators and participants must pay the price for crimes against the people of the united States of America. The Delta Force goals were to: 1. Retrieve and return all monies (stolen by fraud) to the united States of America. 2. To provide for Grievances to get this money back into the hands of Americans. This movement is not about overthrowing the government nor is it about government bashing, but the Federal Reserve Act, signed by President Franklin Roosevelt, left a loophole that said if the country ever got into trouble again (flat broke in 1938!), the military could come in at the top, take over and get the Constitution back. By law the military has taken the position of overseeing and is forcing a change by overthrowing the men who perverted the law from the Republic Compact (See Glossary) to a Democratic form of government and therefore from the color e of authority and color of law (See Glossary), back to the Common Law which is in harmony with the scriptures, the law this country has never completely practiced for lack of understanding. The Income Tax and Social Security Laws were laws that only applied to citizens of the UNITED STATES (corporate) and to the Federal States or Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, District of Columbia, North Mariannas Islands, etc. The law is perfectly stated as shown when Alaska became a state of the Republic; the Income Tax and Social Security laws were taken out, as these laws only apply "to Federal States and Territories and the Citizens thereof", Income Tax Code! This is only a short overview of the corruption that has taken place. This movement is a banding together for restitution and for revealing the deviations from the original organic Constitution, and uncovering the various frauds which were perpetrated on the American people. As an example, the Federal debt was paid off in 1992-1993 and if you are aware and had taken notice since this time period you have heard NOTHING about the Federal Debt. . .only about deficit spending, hence a change of terminology without explaination for the purpose of deception. A debt is a liability incurred, whereas a deficit is a liability to be incurred (an anticipated shortfall of funds). The Trilateral Commission was formed in 1973 by David Rockefeller and other wealthy families whose goal it was to further control the world's monetary system. The Trilateral was formed because the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) was not moving fast enough for their satisfaction. Virtually all news media, with the sole exception of C-Span, are under the control of members of the Trilateral Commission and the CFR. Our currency will soon be changed from Federal Reserve Notes, which have NO value, to united States of American Notes or united States of America Treasury Notes, which will be backed by gold and our monetary system will be back on the Gold and Silver Standard. For a fee of $300.00, which goes to cover administrative costs of filing and processing your Grievance Application, you could be entitled to damages and a return of all loans and mortgages plus interest and for emotional stress for placing you under a system that prevented you from being successful materially. There are Grievance Consultants in Area Grievance Offices who are trained to help you file your claim. Henry Ford is quoted as saying, "If the American people ever find out how this government really functions, there would be a civil war by morning!" Henry Ford was a capitalist, a constitutionalist and a patriot. Too bad his heirs didn't inherit his zeal for liberty. You f see, it was the Ford Foundation that worked for ten (10) years to draft the "NEW STATES OF AMERICA CONSTITUTION". An "equalitarian socialist dictatorship" listed you and me as "chattel" and "natural resources" . We didn't get to vote, we could not own anything and we were basically "numbered slaves"(See Note 1 below). This was the plan that was to go into effect on December 19th, 1992 (See Note 2 below) when President George W. Bush tried to declare Martial Law, suspend another Constitution (the first in 1933 and the second was the Constitution of the District of Columbia) which was alleged to have been put into effect in 1982 as an attempt to replace the suspended Constitution of 1787, declare a State of Emergency (which made FEMA the government) and call for a Constitutional Convention. . .all during the Christmas Holidays when you and 1 were not watching. Merry Christmas!! What they did not plan on was the package that was opened and presented to them by the military (See Note 3). Now, it is up to us to take this gift of liberty, our birthright, and help this country get back to the common ground our Founding Fathers had intended. Note 1: See Title 42 U.S.C. The abolition of the War Powers Act and the Trading with the Enemies Act along with the complete abolition and dismantling of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); and, 3. The repeal of the "Federal Reserve Act" and all subsequent legislation authorizing or empowering a central bank. We the People want the Federal (sic) Reserve Bank (Fed) audited. Since they conducted theft by operation, an entity that is illegal under the U. S. Constitution, we need an accurate accounting of the assets of the Federal Reserve and all it's Branch operations. We want the stockholders, the Board of Governors, Alan Greenspan, and all co-conspirators of the fraud to be prosecuted and punished for Treason and Genocide; and, 4. House legislation be introduced and passed, then continued over to the Senate for confirmation and eventual approval by the sitting President of the United States to abolish the Federal Reserve Act in order to secure Page #3 for the American People their right to Life, Liberty, and Property, and to provide for them a Constitutionally accurate, sound, safe, and honest medium of exchange that their endeavors in agriculture, industry, and commerce may prosper and be protected; and, 5. Restore our Republican form of government; and, 6. Repeal the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Act and restore our Common Law Court System (Article III Courts). SUPPORTING STATEMENT AND REMEDY WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA do recognize and reestablish the Constitution of the United States of America, with Amendments I through XI as the LAWFUL executed contract agreement between WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the Constitutional Government formed to serve PAST and PRESENT PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. WHEREFORE, We the People of America, demand for relief, that you, the Congress assembled, restructure the National monetary system and/or concepts thereof, as proposed by The Tax & Money Reform Committee and the Coalition for Tax and Money Reform, Monetary Reform Committee; said bill having already been hand delivered to the desk of each Congressman and Senator, and abolishing the IRS and eliminating the personal federal income tax, and Page #4 return to generating Constitutional revenue and to pay the claims of the people herewith submitted. The Federal Reserve Bank and the personal income tax are in direct violation of the U. S. Constitution and We the People will no longer tolerate this violation of our rights. If the House of Representative does not, within 10 days after Redress of Congress and presentation of these petitions, announce that these demands will be implemented, we will be forced to resort to any and all the resources open to us, starting with the filing of a complaint in Federal Court against the U. S. Congress, stockholders and Board of Governors of the Federal Corporate Body Politic (Shadow Government) under the rights retained to the People in the 1st 5th, 10th and additional Amendments to the U. S. Constitution, 42 U.S.C. 1793, 1983, 1985, and 1986, Title 18 U.S.C. 241 and 243, and Title 28 U.S.C. 519 and 520. In addition, we will immediately take available legal remedies against each member of the Congress under certain provisions as provided for in Common Law procedures. We the People expect this conversion process of the monetary system to begin within the earliest possible time frame. The same shall occur regarding announcement that the IRS shall cease to exist and the personal "income" tax will stop. Under the present monetary system, our medium of exchange (Federal Reserve Note *Dollars*) is created (at a cost to the Federal Reserve Bank a/k/a System of three and one half cents per note, in any denomination) and loaned into circulation in exchange for a claim on real wealth. These loans require repayment of the face value (principle) plus interest. However, the "Federal" Reserve Note "Dollar" needed to pay interest are never created. This means that it is mathematically impossible to repay the total indebtedness, resulting in foreclosure on personal property. This is the direct cause of the above grievances, wherein the Petitioner, WE THE PEOPLE, seeks relief. [EXHIBIT C] DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE OF THE FIFTY united states of 1994 When in the course of Human events, it becomes necessary for people to dissolve the forced political bands which have connected them with others, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that We should declare the causes which impel us to separate from their insolvent, pretended government. We, therefore, must state the usurpation's and seditious and tyrannical behavior of the present de facto system in each of the 50 states and the United States. We have never signed the constitution of either any State or United States, giving the De Facto government consent that would put us under the servitude of the present insolvent de facto administrators of the United States of the 50 American states, whom also have never signed the constitutions. Therefore, your oaths have never been given to us, to uphold a document neither of us have signed. You are not, therefore, bound by the very constitutions you profess to live by to protect our life, liberty and happiness. On the contrary, you have exhibited a willful and wanton oppression for our Natural Rights, safety and property which is expressed herein for all to see. You have violated the United States Constitution when creating interstate compacts with other States and feign states, which has fundamentally changed the form and substance of the Republican form of government to that of a democracy. You have raped and debauched the specie by which governs the mode of the medium of money, and have bankrupted the Nation as a whole through conspiracy and sedition under treaty. You offered up the American States, and therefore the property of all the inhabitants, as collateral to pay the foreign organization, the International Monetary Fund and Bank, in 1933, when you then became bankrupt; then implemented the Social Security System in concert with your federal (not National) income tax, to prevent your FRAUD from being exposed. You authorized the private International Monetary Fund, via Federal Reserve Banks, to control the issue of our currency, by inflation and deflation and fiat de facto dollars, to the extent that people today are being deprived of all their property, driven homeless, and controlled by the very same banking cartel that forced our Forefathers to this country Page #: 1 for refuge, all to pay your bankruptcy - not ours. You have created, by sophistry, a class of people known as United States citizens that has caused domestic unrest amongst those of us, who still call ourselves Americans by birth of Blood, Soil, and Crown (Crown meaning God, whence all rights come). We threw off all Kings two hundred years ago, only to be enslaved by men of your political ilk. You have secretly entered compacts with foreign states, organizations and powers which caused the bankrupt status of not only the 50 American State governments, but put all Americans into involuntary and forced slavery, peonage, and servitude, under a fraudulent, tyrannical, seditious foreign obligarchy. These foreign powers, operating through the Fund and Bank under the Bretton Woods Agreement Act, Rule the governments of the separate States of America and United States, by compacts, pactum and the like, and have erected a dictatorship over the people of America, who are nonresidents to such compact, thereby making it, as applies to us, nadum pactum. The Secretary of the Treasury, as Governor of the Fund and Bank, and not an officer of the United states in the normal sense that people perceive, controls al aspects of forced pecuniary contributions (taxation). He is also the Receiver and Trustee in bankruptcy of the United states to collect and pay the Fund and Bank, all at the cost of our freedom under Foreign Constitutions, Agreements, Factions, Confederations, Alliances, and under pretenses of emergency, March 9, 1933, December 16, 1950, March 23, 1970 and August 15, 1971, which you yourselves created. As a bankrupt system you commit a crime whenever you loan money, for under all principles of law and reason, bankrupt persons are forbidden to loan money, nor are they allowed to institute criminal mala prohibita actions against the people, and neither can the foreign principal. The Secretary of Treasury, Secretary of State, and Attorney General are foreign principals of the Fund and Bank under Agreement, thereby holding a colorable law character of public office, while in reality being paid by the Fund and Bank and holding a Title of Nobility, extracting the wealth (labor) from us and other Americans who profess to be Nonresidents to this pretended de facto government (the "System"). Their foreign agents, revenue enforcers, are never registered so that we might know the true character of the agents when they bear false witness against us when destroying nonresident Americans though legal plunder. Page #: 2 You have forced us, by fraud, indirectly, into foreign contacts by applications, i.e. Social Security, in order to live and exercise our God-given rights to exist, in violation of your pretended constitutions. You have caused injustice when; taking away the forum of the common courts for Americans; controlled the salary of all judges making them dependent on your will, which makes them the arm of the Executive branch, indicated by the Executive gold fringed flag and Seal, and not the arm of independent justice under God's Law of Natural right; have hidden the true Justice in courts at law, as true despots do, so that a man of average or above average intelligence cannot find the true Courts; replaced the Courts with foreign powers, to which, YOU, under the guise of government, have become servant; this then makes the judges nothing more than civil affairs operatives under military power; and they too are not registered, in violation of the Foreign registration Laws of this country. You allow the National Conference Commissioners of State Law, being lawyers, judges and the law profession belonging to a private American Bar Association, exclusively to write the laws for America, then rubber stamp them under the guise of a representative Congress of the people in direct violation of your pretended constitutions and in violation of your oaths that you pretend to take. You have allowed this exclusive poser to litigate cases before your tribunals to the Bar Association, to which most of you belong. This is in violation of the Titles of Nobility Clauses of the pretended constitutions, which deprives us of a jury of our peers, and counsel of our choice, as no alien American can sit on your juries, for they are all shilling homage juries and shilling defense attorneys. You have allowed an unconscionable contracting foreign agency (IRS), in concert with the Agency for International Development, to collect your debt, to which we never agreed and consented, which eats out our substance, all in order to pay for your greed, in violation of your peonage laws. You have twisted the definitions of words as true sophisticators, to suit the means by which you enslave the masses, which deprives them of the right to: travel, work, farm, own property in allodium, free from taxation, as it should be, and to be let alone. You create Mala Prohibita crimes under foreign pactum, then coerce us to sign instruments containing perjury statements under this pactum against our consent, be fined, and/or jailed, in order to live. Page #: 3 You are the biggest whoremongers of the people's liberty by being sophisticators, legalists, and miscreants of the highest order, in your legal plunder with the foreign organizations and powers that now control us. You have destroyed our freedoms and unalienable (nontransferable) rights given to men by our God (not your Mammon), by your arbitrary dominion over us and ours. You have come full circle, and then some, in your absolute depotism when imprisoning and killing innocent Americans for exercising their God-given rights. At every stage of these tyrannical oppressions we have petitioned for redress, only to be denied any semblance of true Justice; our repeated petitions have been answered by repeated injury. You have destroyed our Peace, Welfare, Dignity, and Happiness, the damage to which have been higher than mere money can repay. According to Natural Law and reason, you should be hanged for your seditious behavior, odious actions, and contrived emergencies that have never been legally declared over. You have been deaf to the voice of Justice and of consanguinity. Nor have you been wanting, for information has been conveyed to you from the American nonresidents of your arbitrary dominion and usurpations. The time for correction is now! We must, therefore, denounce your ways against us and other Americans so we can live under God's Laws which you proclaimed under P.L. 97-28, not the Noahide law you passed in P.L. 102-14, which destroys this Christian Nation and which shows your pretended constitutions for that which they are. For God, the true Law giver, acknowledged in the Preamble of each American State, said, "After the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do: neither shall ye walk in the [government] ordinances. Ye shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances, to walk therein: I am the Lord your God. Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments; which if a man do, shall he live in them: I am the Lord." Leviticus 18:3-5. "Thou shalt make no covenant with them, [government] nor with their gods. They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against me; for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee." Exodus 23:32-33. You have failed to live up to Romans 13 true intent. As usurping miscreant Legislators of separate States of America and the United States you have failed. Your laws do not protect us, for you will not protect us from your foreign principal (You are no longer controlled by the people who GRANTED your power). Robin V. Hardaway. 1 Jefferson 109 (1772) states; "A legislature must not obstruct our obedience to Him from whose punishments they cannot protect us." Therefore, we, as the people of America, must take away all your granted power, and destroy the organization that has no place in America. Page #: 4 Upon finding of you Fraud, we now declare total separation, retroactively to the very beginning of our lives as it should have been, from your arbitrary dominion and seditious actions. Our Liberties are in imminent danger; they are imperative to our Natural Rights, Duties, Privileges, Immunities, Life, and Property, and that of our Posterity. We declare our separate and equal stations, and exercise our Rights and Duties to throw off and abolish the insolvent de facto, fraudulent, seditious state and United States from our lives, for you can no longer call yourselves "government". It is stated in The Declaration of Independence: "That to secure these rights governments are instituted among men, ... that whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter it or abolish it,..." It is recognized in every American State Preamble, that God gave us our Natural Rights, NOT you. We are to transmit the same unimpaired to succeeding generations. YOU HAVE FAILED! For as that great principled Man, Patrick Henry, stated on June 5, 1788, and we ask all of You: "for where, Sir[s] is the responsibility? The yeas and nays will shew nothing, unless they be fools as well as knaves: For after having wickedly trampled on the rights of people, they would act as fools indeed, were they [you] to publish and divulge their [your] iniquity, when the [you] have it equally in their [your] power to suppress and conceal it. "...Where is the responsibility ... that leading principle in the British government? In that government a punishment, certain and inevitable, is provided: But in this, there is no real actual punishment for the grossest mal-administration. They [you] may go without punishment, though they [and now you] commit the most outrageous violations on our immunities. That paper may tell me they [you] will be punished. I ask, by what law? They [you] must make the law - for there is no existing law to do it. What-will they [you] make a law to punish themselves [you haven't yet]? This, Sir, is my great objection to the Constitution, that there is no true responsibility-and that the preservation of our liberty depends on the single chance of men being virtuous enough to make laws to punish themselves." You, the lawmakers, the lawyers, and the judges, by your actions have long relinquished your trust and last ounce of virtue. Therefore, we, Americans, declare we will regain our Sovereign status in our native country of America, under God's Law, and will keep it Independent from the United Nations New World Order, or any other unlawful control. We will protect ourselves from your legal plunder with whatever means are necessary. Page #: 5 History has shown how tyrants have been punished. May He have mercy on your souls, for the Americans dispensing your punishment will not. We Sovereigns are servant only to our Lord, the Supreme Being, and not at the mercy of your god, Baal. We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name and by the Authority of the good People of these individual states, solemnly publish and declare, that these United several states are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the Corporate body politic of the Federal Government of the United States, and that all political connection between them and the Federal United States (Corporate Body Politic), is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and independent States, they have full Power to levy War, Conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
